The cost of service is a derivation of the total length of the uploaded audio file (priced per minute of provided audio), regardless of speech density or content. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from all recorded parties, as required by applicable laws. We are not responsible for verifying the rights holders of recordings submitted for transcription. Transcription of atypical audio/special circumstances can be arranged at the customer's request.
